Clerical Assistant/Typist

• Type 80-100 wpm w/o error 
• Strong experience in Word, Access, Excel & Adobe Professional

• Analytical skills (data analysis/synthesis, troubleshooting, organization, research, problem-solving) 
-Strong writing skills 
- Create accurate charts/graphs (with formulas) to represent various types of data 
-Ability to see big picture (maintain awareness and retain facts about numerous cases at any given time) 
-Ability to track work priorities based on various and sometimes fluid deadlines 

• Computer
 -Exceptional computer skills-ability to troubleshoot common PC issues, general knowledge and workability in all Office programs (emphasis in Word, Excel, and Access) as well as Adobe Professional 
Performs various clerical duties including maintaining office calendar and case management priorities, answering telephone calls and e-mail correspondences, organizing and filing documents 
Typing chronology reports as well as other various documents 
Edits, formats, and assures accuracy in documents produced by others 
Enter case data into database system used to manage cases 
Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information, such as client files 
Performs duties associated with scheduling and coordinating meetings 
Must be willing to sign confidentiality agreement due HIPPA (security protection of patient medical information)
