|Associate Account Representative|
|In compliance with state licensing requirements, handles telephone calls and other personal contact situations involving varying levels of difficulty to their conclusion. Works with a modest degree of independence, applying communication and selling skills to handle adverse situations, representing the Company's position in a sophisticated and professional manner. Seeks assistance of higher authority when necessary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Handles telephone calls and other personal contacts - Consistently demonstrates Integrity Selling Skills as evidenced by policies written and success with Life Referrals. - Pertinent documentation on routine transactions is usually obtained and increasingly thorough on non-routine transactions. - Approaches all responsibilities maintaining a professional image and positive outlook. - Assumes responsibility for developing customer needs and fully servicing their account, employing sales and service standards and maintaining a proactive approach to customer retention. - Handle files both accurately and in a timely manner. - Demonstrates an eagerness in learning all aspects of job requirements. - May be called upon to handle other duties as required. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: - Maintain state insurance license - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge in Excel, Word, Outlook - Pursue additional insurance designations - Previous insurance experience preferred - Previous sales and/or service experience preferred|
